We recently stayed in Luna Azul on Isla Mujeres and I have to say, it has been my favorite vacation rental ever! It worked out perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. The kids LOVED the bunk room with the tv and the bean bags. They played a lot of games there on the rainy days. The adults hung on the rooftop deck under the cover of the palapa watching the amazing storms roll through (even on bad days, Isla Mujeres is paradise.) The open kitchen/living/outdoor space couldn’t have been more perfect. We opened the wide disappearing 20’ doors and lived inside/outside most of the time. The pool overlooking the beach and ocean – we never wanted to get out! Our host, Maggie, answered every question and made sure every detail was covered – from transportation from the airport to making sure there was beer in the fridge when we arrived! Oh, and you can drink the water and ice out of the fridge AND flush the toilet paper in this house (you can’t do that in a lot of places on Isla!) I would HIGHLY recommend Luna Azul for your next vacation home. DL
Most fabulous house on the island is my belief. Top rated house that was absolutely beautiful I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect house to vacation with friends. I would call this a super host by far, from the towels and all the small details that made a difference. Loved the pool and the view of the ocean from the master, the living room and that top floor for entertaining was absolutely the coolest. Thank you for such a great vacation home to stay in we loved it:)
We recently stayed at Luna Azul on Isla Mujeres. This home is amazing! Absolutely everything we wanted and needed for our group of 8. The views are stunning, the location was perfect – close enough to the center of town to get there easily but we were able to get away from all the noise and traffic when we returned to Luna Azul. Absolutely peaceful sitting on the patio at night listening to the waves roll in. The sunset views from the roof every evening were breathtaking. I would highly recommend this place. The owners were incredibly helpful with everything and made sure we wanted for nothing during our stay.
